For those of you who have known about what has been going on, let me tell you after a year it is finally over and all I can say is Praise God!! God really showed himself to be more real than ever before to me. He has held me and Mica through all of the bumps, sadness, heartache and turmoil of this thing. We honestly would not have made it thru this long had God not been carrying us the whole way. We went through some times that even our family knows nothing about .. What a rocky road it has been. Mica's mediation was Friday and it started at 10 and lasted til 6.. To finally get a text from him saying "it was good" was like a breeze falling from Heaven. A real miracle from God, that's all I can say. We can now smile, and mean it and be happy and it be realistic without crying when noone is looking. My God is so real!! That's all I can say! To all of our friends and family that have prayed for us constantly, THANK YOU! God really does hear and answer prayers. Maybe not on our time and when it's most convenient for us, but he hears and he knows when it's best to do what he needs to do.
My heart is overflowing with greatfullness, and joy and love right now so if this is too much, then sorry.. It's just nice to be genuinely happy again and to breathe easy. Lots of Love to everyone!!

Pumpkin Patch

Today after parent/ teacher conferences, Micayla and I went to the Pumpkin Patch and had some fun! She decided that the whole family needed a pumpkin, not just her and the boys so she picked the biggest for herself and the boys ended up with one a little smaller than hers and mom and dad's is really small :) The boys decided that they weren't going this year so Micayla happily picked for them... HAPPY FALL EVERYONE !!!

HOMECOMING/FALL BALL

Tonight is Deric's first Homecoming dance for Shiloh Christian at the Springdale Country club..

Hard to believe this day is here, but it is.. Deric is officially 16. The car hunt is on full speed and you can just see and smell the independance in the air. 16 only comes around once so I hope this is the best ever for you Deric.

We love you so much and we are really enjoying getting to see you grow physically and spiritually!
