Micayla in Poppy's art room

Today for Thanksgiving we went to my parents house and Micayla loves drawing and coloring pictures every chance she gets. She goes thru packs of paper here at home like crazy! My dad is an artist and so he are some pictures of his art work, and also a couple of pictures of Micayla getting to do a little art work herself in his room. Thanks Poppy ! We love you!!

Micayla's Thanksgiving Program

Today was Micayla's Thanksgiving program at school. Her indian name she chose was Sunflower. They did very good singing their songs! Keep in mind when you see my non-smiling child that she has had a crick (if that's even a word) in her neck for 2 days now.. not the best feeling in the world if you've ever had one..

Foundations Chili Cook~Off

Last night our connection group had a chili cook off... I believe we ended up with four crock pots of delicious chili in all and some of Corey's famous doup! Everyone also brought an awesome dessert. We had enough food to feed an army and maybe even Mica :) HA !! I think I lost count on how many bowls he ate... all I know is that every man that left my house last night was hurting!
The fellowship was amazingly great, and the kiddos had a blast!!
Thank you all again for coming over and making this a great time of fun, food and fellowship!!
